The Honor of Being Honored

Is it fitting for someone who promotes the development of personal success to be honored for doing that work? Fitting? I am not sure. I hope I would continue to do this work regardless of whether I was ever honored or recognized at any level. Yet, when I was nominated and subsequently honored, I did feel appreciation for being recognized for creating the Prescott Professional Women's Conference.

Now here is the Dr. Success Challenge for the week. Find someone to honor for something they have done. Nominate them if there is an award they can be granted, but most of all just let them know. Then take note of how it makes you feel when you recognize someone's good work. You may notice that it feels as good to honor someone as it ever did to be honored.
